Our Information Security Policy
As the management of KAUTEK OTOMOTIV A.Ş.; in order to protect our competitive edge, profitability, legal compliance, and commercial image; we are committed to protecting confidentiality, integrity, and all physical and electronic information assets company-wide.
Our current strategic business plan and risk management framework define, evaluate, and control risks for the continuity of the ISMS (Information Security Management System).
The Information Systems Manager and IS Consultant are directly responsible for the management of the risk response plan.
The key measures forming the basis of our policy are:
- Business continuity and emergency plans
- Regular data backup procedures
- Protection from viruses and cyber attacks
- Access control systems
- Information security breach reporting
Full compliance with this policy and ISMS rules is mandatory for all KAUTEK employees and defined external stakeholders. In this context, all personnel and relevant parties will receive the necessary information security training.
The ISMS is subject to continuous and systematic evaluation. The Information Security Committee, established under the leadership of senior management, ensures the system remains up-to-date by periodically reviewing the policy and framework.
