Our Core Capabilities
Product Design
Using Solidworks and Siemens NX, we perform 3D modeling and technical drafting of parts at OEM standards.
Virtual Analysis (Simulation)
Through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we subject the part to stress, fatigue, and heat in a virtual environment before production, ensuring 100% verification.
Reverse Engineering
We scan reference products with micron precision using 3D Laser Scanning technologies and design the best through benchmarking tests.
Material Development
In our own laboratory, we develop special rubber compounds resistant to road conditions, salt, ozone, and impact.
Journey from Idea to Product
The standard cycle of the KAUTEK R&D process.
1
Request & Analysis
Technical analysis of market need or customer request.
2
Design & Simulation
3D modeling and durability tests in a virtual environment.
3
Mold & Prototype
Pilot mold production and pressing of the first sample (FOT).
4
Physical Testing
Lifecycle and performance tests in the laboratory (Validation).
5
Mass Production
Transfer of the approved product to the production line.
