Perfection starts with design. Using CAD/CAM supported engineering and CNC technology, we produce our molds in-house with micron-level precision.
In our multi-axis automatic and CNC lines, the metal is shaped after passing durability tests, transforming into a flawless framework.
Our fully automated sandblasting and phosphating lines increase the metal's corrosion resistance and prepare it for perfect adhesion with rubber.
The heart of production. In computer-controlled injection presses, rubber and metal merge into their final form under instantly monitored parameters.
Products undergo 100% control on our automation-supported assembly lines and are packaged to open up to the world with the KAUTEK seal of quality.
