Quality Control
The Metrology laboratory, which is capable of measuring / controlling all necessary dimensional and geometric properties, has a 3D CNC measuring device (CMM), Surface Roughness Controller, Tool Presetter, and various conventional measurement and control equipment.
Within the scope of the Material - Metallography laboratory, there are Dual Channel (Iron / Aluminum) Spectrometer capable of chemical analysis up to 19 elements, Metallographic sample preparation equipment, 500X optical microscope, Grain structure imaging and analysis program, Hardness Measurement Devices, Tensile - Compression Tester.
In the Cataphoresis Laboratory, where Cataphoresis Coated products are checked for compliance with customer specifications, there are ETUV Oven, Ash Furnace, Impact Test Device, Precision Balance, pH Control Equipment, Conductivity Control Equipment, Salt Test Device and various Chemistry Laboratory Equipment.Periodic controls by expert engineers ensure that the process is kept under control.
In the Life Test Laboratory, there are Life Test Equipment specially designed according to the product groups. Life Tests are performed with reference to International Acceptance Standards and Customer Specifications or OE part, if any. Ball Joint and Rod End Life Tests are carried out in a -40 degree Cooling Cabinet.
The laboratory in the production facility is used for raw material conformity tests and checking the conformity of products at the beginning, middle and end of production processes.
